Felt heard and understood as soon as we came in. We think our dog eat a bee and got stung and her face was super swollen. They took such good care of her and they really took their time with her. They also helped understand the billing/ what they would recommend because we couldn’t pay for the whole work up. So thankful for them! Hopefully we won’t need to be back but I know where we will go if we do!

We were traveling with our terminally ill dog and he took a turn for the worse. We made the decision to euthanize him and they got us in on a walkin basis that same day. They provided us with a beautiful room furnished in an inviting comfortable way, offering freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and treats for our boy, a nice rug and dog bed and plenty of time to say good bye. It was difficult time made as comfortable as possible, even offering us refreshments. The friendly staff were caring and supportive. They also provided cremation services that included a beautiful cedar wood box and thoughtfully executed paw print with name. Every pet owner needs access to services this exceptional when it’s time to bid farewell to a beloved pet.

My dog had an emergency and they got her in instantly. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The treatment plan worked for her and we’re so glad to have this hospital near our home. Also, the pricing is a lot better than most veterinary hospitals nearby.

We really liked Dr. Williams and her Tech, Makenzie. They were very kind and the Dr. gave us some helpful advice. Zeke usually has a terrible time getting his nails trimmed (even drugged) But these ladies got them done, without yelping, or blood and pretty quick too. He came back to us and wasn't shaking or even seem bothered . It was a successful appointment. I was glad it went so stress-free! Dr. Williams is our new Vet!
