We took our small dog Loki to this clinic as a Walk In yesterday. We were treated very well and professionally by all staff from the front desk to Dr Ralenkotter and Makenzie. Being a Walk In we had some waiting but staff kept us well informed throughout the process. X-rays and lab were needed and everything was explained about why needed then results thoroughly explained. Staff treated Loki very calmly and kindly as he was nervous understandably. We also felt the cost was reasonable also. I highly recommend Empire Ranch Veterinary Hospital to anyone seeking care for their pet.

We are new to the area and had a bad experience at the first vet we tried. Empire Ranch has been phenomenal since our first visit and I highly recommend them to anyone.

My dog can get VERY anxious but Empire Ranch staff are always so consistently patient and understanding with him, working hard to put him at ease and make him more comfortable.

I was so impressed that they took the time to reach out to me and make sure my dog was still doing okay after a long day at their office. They are always willing to answer my many follow up questions and they take their time explaining everything until I feel comfortable. The prices are very reasonable too.

It’s such a relief to have a vet you can trust and they definitely work hard to earn the trust of you and your pet! Highly recommend them especially for any anxious pets. They’re in good hands here!

My dog had an emergency and they got her in instantly. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The treatment plan worked for her and we’re so glad to have this hospital near our home. Also, the pricing is a lot better than most veterinary hospitals nearby.

This vet has been a dream come true for our aging husky. They are responsive when we have questions and always have openings. They were thorough with our dog and explained all of our options and how much each would cost. Highly recommend.

From the very beginning, I was impressed by how thorough and prepared they were. They asked where my dog had previously been seen, and when I arrived they already had all of her past records ready to go, which made everything feel so organized and seamless.

I brought my dog in for a dental evaluation expecting she would need extractions, and I was blown away by the care and professionalism of this clinic. They scheduled her surgery quickly and took incredible care of her from start to finish. Dr. Kurth was phenomenal. Her communication was excellent, and I truly appreciated the multiple updates throughout the day. I especially loved that they called once they knew how many teeth needed to be extracted and made sure I understood the cost before moving forward. I never once felt pressured to spend more than necessary.

Joey’s discharge education was clear, thorough, and so reassuring. Every interaction I had exceeded my expectations, and seeing how thoughtfully the team cared for other pets in the clinic was incredibly comforting. This team is prompt, fair, kind, and genuinely eager to help. I am beyond grateful for the care they provided and so appreciative of this entire clinic.

We really liked Dr. Williams and her Tech, Makenzie. They were very kind and the Dr. gave us some helpful advice. Zeke usually has a terrible time getting his nails trimmed (even drugged) But these ladies got them done, without yelping, or blood and pretty quick too. He came back to us and wasn't shaking or even seem bothered . It was a successful appointment. I was glad it went so stress-free! Dr. Williams is our new Vet!
