We had to bring our ailing cat here after she suffered an episode at home, and had to make the decision to put her to sleep. We had our young kids with us who refused to leave our cat's side. The staff went above and beyond in their care with our cat, as well as their thoughtfulness with our children. Thank you for making the first loss of a pet for our children as comforting as possible considering the situation.

I can’t thank Empire Ranch enough. We had an emergency with our cat and we called every vet around to try and fit him in last minute to do an examination and no one was able to get him in or they were already closed for the day. We called Empire Ranch and without hesitation they told us to bring him in even though they were close to closing. They kept us calm and reassured us they’d do whatever they can for our cat. I kept apologizing for keeping them after hours but they didn’t care about that. They cared about making him feel better. After finding out what the issue was, they gave us some options and even made time to fit him in the following day for surgery. They kept us updated throughout the entire day while he was there. They took amazing care of him and I am so grateful for everyone that took part in helping our fur baby. I’d recommend Empire Ranch 1,000 times to anyone looking for a vet.

We were traveling with our terminally ill dog and he took a turn for the worse. We made the decision to euthanize him and they got us in on a walkin basis that same day. They provided us with a beautiful room furnished in an inviting comfortable way, offering freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and treats for our boy, a nice rug and dog bed and plenty of time to say good bye. It was difficult time made as comfortable as possible, even offering us refreshments. The friendly staff were caring and supportive. They also provided cremation services that included a beautiful cedar wood box and thoughtfully executed paw print with name. Every pet owner needs access to services this exceptional when it’s time to bid farewell to a beloved pet.
